MW Vintage Pin-Up Toning Action applies a light Illustration effect on the image then adds a half-sepia effect with a vintage colorcast. The colors and contrast can be fine tuned to taste by using the adjustment layers. The look is similar to the pin-up posters from the 1940's by Alberto Vargas.
