Photos and Custom Polaroid Collage by Aaron Warren
Steps: This is done by filling the 9x9 square with Gray (128/128/128), then running the Polaroid Action.
After the action finishes, go back a couple of lines in the history palette before the layers were flattened.
Each picture can be then moved and rotated on its own layer into position.
Click on a gray square with the magic wand, then select similar, then delete.
This will leave you with 36 white polaroid frames, with transparent openings.
Paste an image behind each frame then transform the size and rotate behind each frame opening.
Once you play around with it, you'll figure out how to arrange the frames and erase the extra images that may stick out.
Bring an image or texture in for the background layer, fade layer to taste.
Add text above the background layer and/or on top of each frame.
