Question:

How do I make the text on the Glass Mat come through as part of the background image, using your Glass Mat Frame Action?

Answer:

Open 2nd Action and go to the very bottom of the action lines.
11 lines up from the bottom is an action line named image size.
Uncheck the box on the left.
This will make it so the action does not reduce the image size for web.
Run the Action on your image.
Type your text, set the size and style.
Go back to your original image.
Select all - Copy.
Go back to framed image.
Click on the text layer.
Paste image. It should now be above the text layer.
Select top image layer.
Choose "Create Clipping Mask" from the Fly Out Menu.
That's it!
